1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SPNID platform and all related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the SPNID platform, you fully accept these Terms of Service.
• If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use the service.
• SPNID reserves the right to modify the terms with 30 days notice.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

SPNID is a marketplace platform connecting sellers and buyers.

Seller Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful descriptions of offered products/services.
• Comply with applicable trade and consumer protection laws.
• Handle returns and refunds according to platform policy.

Buyer Obligations

• Provide accurate payment and shipping information.
• Comply with purchase conditions and return policies.

4. Payments and Transactions

SPNID supports the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit card payments via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Installment payments with flexible plans

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and source code of the SPNID platform are the exclusive property of SPNID, LLC and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SPNID acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of products/services offered by sellers.
• SPNID does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
• SPNID's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, SPNID encourages amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Wyoming State courts, USA.

8. Termination Clause

SPNID reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access in case of violation of these terms, with 15 days notice when possible.

9. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

If any clause of these terms is found invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect.

11. Governing Law & Registration

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.

SPNID, LLC is a limited liability company registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State under registration number #2025-001728249. The company is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business (BSA ID: 31000323961449).
